Two Handsome Boys

I decided that we needed a few new photos of the boys...so we did a "photo shoot" in the family room this morning. It was a lot harder than I thought it would be but after about an hour and 95 pics later...we did get quite a few that are keepers.

I ran into a few issues with Henry's glasses and catching a glare on them but was able to for the most part have him wear his glasses. Charlie started out the morning wanting to run around "nakey" but was apparently cold because the next thing I knew he had on his hat and mittens...and then you can't be Superman without a cape...I had to take the opportunity to snap a few shots before making him get dressed.

I didn't take much time to edit these so not completely happy with coloring on some etc. but wanted to share them anyway!

Because Henry Wanted To...

For reasons unknown to us, Henry has been wanting to wear a tie for the past three days. He had Daddy help him just dressed up with his dress shirt, tie, and sweater the other night before bed and yesterday afternoon he fought to get "really" dressed up until I gave in....He kept saying he was going to a fancy dance party and wanted Charlie to get dressed up too. And so he did...

Henry keeps saying "I want to look handsome in a dress"...apparently he only hears "dress" when I say dress clothes or dress shirt...

Of course I couldn't resist this perfect photo opportunity...unfortunately after we went outside it was hard to keep their attention and I didn't want them to ruin their outfits so we had to come in...not before I was able to take a few decent shots...

This morning Henry ran to get his "fancy" clothes and I had to vetoed it...
