Finding The Perfect Pumpkin Again!

The boys were lucky enough to be in the Midwest for many fall activities. So between apples and pumpkins, leaf piles and Halloween costumes, and let's not forget donuts and cider, we have enjoyed ourselves. I am still getting use to my new toy and before thinking I uploaded tons of pics thinking I was getting ahead only to learn that I can't edit those posts on the iPad, those pics are merely code to me, so until I take some time to use a PC here or get back home I will continue to move ahead with current posts and catch up some point...

G&P, the boys, and I took a trip to Swan's Pumpkin Farm (which is the farm I use to go to as a kid).

The weather was beautiful so no jackets necessary...boys waiting patiently to go...

Two cool dudes...

Checking out the pumpkins...

Watch out you might get warts!!

This year Henry was very excited about petting the animals, he talked to them and was extremely gentle.

At first Charlie wasn't too sure, but if Bubba thought it was exciting then so did Charles.

A break from the goats...we walked through Corn City.

Then traditional pictures by the big pumpkin...

With Gma & Papa...

Typical, one is not looking, I took about 8 pictures before settling on this one where Charlie is actually looking and smiling!

That's better...

Back to petting the goats...

But Henry said no way to this big guy...

Showing Charlie it is okay...

Really getting into it...

A few quick poses by the train before getting down to business...

Frankenstein, Charlie style, although for reasons unknown he stuck his head all the way through the hole and then had a little trouble getting it out...minor freakout, but enough for Henry to decide he wasn't going to try it...

Timid even by the train..

The search begins...

Henry wasted no time picking his out...

Proud of himself.

Making his decision between these three...

Ready to ring them up.

One last picture...

Okay, now the last..
