Popsicles, Rides, And Prizes...

You would think that we were at the carnival or something...but no just Gma and Gpa's. After being so good during family pictures (hoping to be able to share them soon), the boys were promised popsicles. As luck would have it, the ice cream truck drove by just as they were begging from G&G, so they got these HUGE red, white, and blue popsicles...

I didn't get any pics of Charlie because he couldn't even hold his upright, it was so big. He had his in pieces in a bowl instead. Henry of course was being a ham...

Ever since the boys rode the carousel in Santa Fe (yes I have pics and no I never shared them), Henry has been talking about going back and riding the "merry go round". We told him that there was one at the mall by G&G and of course we had to check it out. The boys rode twice. First, Henry picked the giraffe (which I was afraid that he would be mad since it didn't move but he knew and was okay with it) and Charlie rode a horse. Second time around Henry rode a bunny and Charlie picked a dino!

In between rides we walked the mall...G&G would kind enough to let the boys make new buddies at Build A Bear. Each boy picked a teddy bear. Henry chose for his bear to be "big and strong" when he stuffed it.

And Charlie chose "soft and cuddly"...

Since it is getting close to Halloween, the bears needed costumes. Both boys picked Buzz Lightyear costumes. (from Left to Right) Teddy (H's) and Cubby (C's)

It was a long day filled with lots of fun...the boys were exhausted!
